Hello, I'm the oldest member of the team, so have done a number of jobs allowing me to bring extensive experience across the public, private and voluntary sectors.  I have held management roles within local government and the police service and private sector, and I have served as Managing Director of my own consultancy, giving me an understanding of accountability, strategic oversight and organisational risk.

My work has included responsibility for complex operations, contract management, data governance and measuring community impact.

In my time (and still trying not to sound like a CV) I have led multiple public‑facing sites, overseeing hundreds of staff and volunteers over the years. I was responsible for health and safety, safeguarding policies and business continuity.

I have a particular interest in education, systemic change and enabling organisations to operate effectively and ethically. Outside my professional careers, I have served as a Town Councillor and been a School Governor, as I've always tried to help my communities.
