hi! i’m eadie. i am a mixed media artist that’s obsessed with older analogue technology - particularly handset phones and computers. i have a small collection of older phones that i aim to keep growing. after completing a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design i opted into uni life; currently in my third year of Fine Art at Norwich University of the Arts. my creative process is very heavily based on ‘play’ - enjoying experimenting and pushing the techniques to their limits. inspirations for my work include video games, old tech and nostalgia - these are translated into art usually by cyanotype, crochet, painting and sometimes photography. as i cannot yet control the future, i do not have a set in stone plan for my career. however, i am always looking out for teaching jobs and ways to expand my workshop market.
